Special - Vidar's boots impose a 3 penalty on an opponent’s attack rolls.
Pinning an opponent requires a successful touch attack, and opponents may
make a Ref Save to avoid the magical effects of the boots. Vidar can also
make an area around him completely Silent for a 25’ radius once per day. This
Spell-like ability can nullify verbal spells, among other things, and lasts
10 rounds.
